We will have conditioning running every Sunday for those that
want to try it out before signing up. Running will begin Sunday
Aug 15th at 6pm at Newington Elementary grounds.
STORM CROSS COUNTRY Practice will be held on
Tuesday and Thursday from
6pm-7:15pm and on Sundays at 6pm
Practice is held at the Newington Elementary School grounds

SubBantam (born 2002 or later) run 2000m or 1.2 miles
Bantam (born 2000 & 2001) run 3k or 1.8 miles
MIdget (born 1998 &1999) run 3k or 1.8miles
Youth (born 1996& 1997) run 4k or 2.4 miles
Intermediate born (1994 & 1995) run 4k or 2.4 miles
Young men & women ( born 1993 & earlier) run 5k /3.1 mile
