Print out the registration form and mail
it in to the address listed below.

For mail-in registration, please print out the form,
complete it and send it with a copy of the child's
birth certificate and a check for $60 made out to
"Summerville Running Club" or "SRC" to:

Membership fees cover USATF Membership,
Insurance Fees, Uniform and awards.
