Practices:
STARTS April 1st
WHERE: Practices are held at the Summerville High
School Track on Greenwave Blvd. Just before the
High School.
WHEN: Tuesday and Thursday 5:45-7:15 and         
(For some athletes)Wednesday TBA
Sunday Runs Newington 3pm

Children should wear shorts and t-shirts  
NO JEAN SHORTS. Running shoes for children are
available at most shoe/sport stores.
Bring water/gatorade to every practice.

April 1st - FIRST PRACTICE
April 15th - Parent meeting and registration deadline
April 24th - Lap-a-thon
May 15th - Make up date for HS kids / Lap-a-thon
May 17th - mini meet time change (1pm) SHS track
May 31st - Mt. Pleasant meet 9am
June 7th - Summerville meet SHS track 9am
June 13, 14, 15th State meet Rock Hill
Must qualify to move onto Region Meet
